6. paint dipping and drying process requirements: soot blowing before dipping paint, silicone grease on screw holes, testing whether insulation and three-phase resistance are qualified, and baking parts that cannot be dipped in paint should be removed; the temperature of the workpiece should not exceed 65 ℃ before immersion; the workpiece sinks 30mm into the paint, soaking time, depending on the size of the workpiece, so that there are no air bubbles. The drying temperature is about 120 ℃ ~ 150 ℃ according to the workpiece, and the change of insulation resistance is detected. After the insulation resistance is stable, it can be baked; before baking, some important parts should be wiped clean; after drying, the paint should be removed while it is hot.
