1. Clean all parts of the outer surface of the robot.
2. Check whether the body and the 6-axis tool end are loose and whether the screws are crossed correctly.
3. Check the limit block of each shaft for wear and loosening.
4. Check whether the cable is worn, if there is any bandage or replacement: whether the cable interferes with the robot body when the robot is moving, and adjust it if so.
5. Check the gearbox of the robot body and find out whether there is oil leakage or oil leakage in each oil discharge hole.
6. Change the lubricating oil of each gearbox regularly.
Note: if there is a deviation in the mechanical zero position of the robot, it needs to be adjusted carefully and pay attention to the influence of the change of zero adjustment on the production trajectory; during the monthly and pre-holiday holidays, be sure to check in the hardware alarm whether there is a SMB battery insufficient alarm. After the SMB battery is consumed, it will cause zero loss. If you need to replace the SMB battery, you must first manually return the robot 1-6 axis to zero, otherwise it will lead to zero loss of the robot; if it is not necessary, do not press the brake release button of the brake test board, it is recommended to install a cover plate on the brake test board; refueling and oil drainage should pay attention to whether the robot posture and oil model are correct; pay attention to the impact on the surrounding environment when removing dust from the electric cabinet.
