The servo motor is a typical closed-loop feedback system, the deceleration gear set is driven by the motor, and its terminal drives a linear proportional potentiometer for position detection. The potentiometer converts the angle coordinates into a proportional voltage feedback to the control circuit board. The control circuit board compares it with the input control pulse signal to generate a correction pulse, and drives the motor to rotate forward or reverse, so that the output position of the gear set is consistent with the expected value. Make the correction pulse tend to 0, so as to achieve the purpose of accurate positioning and fixed speed of the servo motor.

2. Repair method of commutator.

The surface of the commutator is obviously uneven or sparks occur when the motor is running. At this time, it is necessary to disassemble the armature and use a precision machine tool to process the converter; if it is basically flat, there are only minimal scars or sparks, which can be hand-ground with water sandpaper without removing the armature. The grinding steps are as follows: first, process a wooden tool according to the outer Radian of the commutator, cut several kinds of water sand paper of different thickness into long strips as wide as the commutator, remove the carbon brush and paste the commutator with a wooden tool wrapped in sandpaper, and gently turn the shaft commutator according to the rotating direction of the motor with the other hand. The order of the thickness of sandpaper used in servo motor maintenance is thick first and then fine when a piece of sandpaper is too blind to be used, and then replace the finer sandpaper until the finest water sandpaper or metallographic sandpaper is used.
