The stator and rotor are made of insulated silicon steel sheets, which are the magnetic circuit part of the motor. The main reasons for the damage and deformation of stator and rotor cores are as follows:

The main results are as follows: 1. Excessive wear or poor assembly of bearings results in friction between stator and rotor, damage to the surface of iron core, short circuit between silicon steel sheets, increase of iron loss of motor and excessive temperature rise of motor. The solution is to remove the burr with tools such as fine files, eliminate the short connection of silicon steel sheet, apply insulating paint after cleaning, and heat and dry.

2. When removing the old winding, the force is too strong, so that the stolen slot is skewed and opened outward. Fix it with sharp-nosed pliers, wood hammers and other tools to reset the tooth grains, and add hard insulating materials such as green shell paper and Bakelite between the slit silicon steel sheets that are difficult to reset.

3. Rust on the surface of the iron core due to moisture and other reasons. Polish it with sandpaper and apply insulating paint after cleaning.

4. The iron core or teeth will be destroyed by high heat caused by the grounding around the group. The deposit can be removed with tools such as chisel or scraper and dried with insulating paint.

5. The combination between the iron core and the machine base is loose, and the original positioning screw can be tightened. If the positioning screw fails, you can redrill and tap the positioning hole on the machine base and tighten the positioning screw.
