The working principle of Servo Motor

The servo mainly depends on the pulse to locate. When the servo motor receives a pulse, it rotates the angle corresponding to one pulse, thus realizing the displacement, because the servo motor itself has the function of sending out pulses, so each rotation angle of the servo motor will send out a corresponding number of pulses. In this way, it echoes with the pulse received by the servo motor, or a closed loop. The system will know how many pulses have been sent to the servo motor and how many pulses have been received at the same time, so that the rotation of the motor can be accurately controlled, thus the accurate positioning can be achieved and the 0.001mm can be achieved. The rotor inside the servo motor is a permanent magnet, and the three-phase U/V/W controlled by the driver forms an electromagnetic field, and the rotor rotates under the action of this magnetic field. At the same time, the encoder of the motor feedback signal to the driver, and the driver compares the feedback value with the target value to adjust the rotation angle of the rotor. The accuracy of the servo motor depends on the accuracy of the encoder or the number of lines.
